Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Calls & Complaint Handling)
Location Jagatpura Jaipur
Education - 12th with stream PCM or PCB / B.SC/ B.ED and science stream
Only freshers
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ticketing systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and qualified attitude during customer interactions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
