Job Summary - (EXPERIENCE IN JEWELLERY SECTOR AND ALSO IN RETAIL SECTOR IS PREFERED)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete branch operations, ensuring achievement of sales and business objectives.
Drive showroom sales through effective customer engagement, team motivation, and strategic sales initiatives.
Manage, train, and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, conversion rates, and key business metrics.
Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and coordination.
Maintain high standard showroom ambience, and operational discipline.
Build long-term relationships with customers and handle customer concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
