About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who is strong in Paid Advertising - specifically Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can independently manage and optimize ad campaigns to deliver robust ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search + Display + Performance Max) campaigns
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - including creative testing, audience targeting & conversion optimization
Run LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation and B2B targeting
Manage full-funnel ad campaigns - awareness to conversion
Monitor daily performance, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages,



and ad copies
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit insights
Keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research
Work closely with the content & design team for ad creatives

Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Robust understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with tight budgets
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach
Up-to-date with latest trends in digital advertising
Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
