Job Description: Legal Manager
Construction Finance

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (MINIMUM 6)

Must be positive in Title Search Report & Creation of Mortgages.

Must be valuable in handling immoveable property related disputes.

Must be valuable in data handling (MIS)

Should be having experience in Property Due diligence.

Must be good in Mortgage Creations.

Can handle Arbitration & NI 138 matters.

Can handle complex SARFAESI matter (Documentation, Execution & Enforcement).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

Should be a positive mind-set person with a good attitude and temperament

Communication

Good Interpersonal Skill

EDUCATION
LLB/ LLM

TOTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
