Job Description :
Manage and resolve customer queries.
Pitch sales and close calls to achieve the targets.
Cross sell various Banking/ financial products.
Manage customer database.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 6months to1 year experience in Bpo/Call center.
Candidates with high energy and convincing skills are preferable.
Excellent communication Skills with multilingual languages are preferable.
Freshers are also welcome.
