ATF (Automated Test Framework) Creation and Maintenance :
Proficiency in creating and maintaining Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs) .
CMDB Health and Certifications :
Experience in maintaining data certifications and managing the CMDB health dashboard .
Roles and Responsibilities
ServiceNow Discovery & Cloud Discovery :
Implement and maintain Discovery and Cloud Discovery processes.
CMDB Management :
Optimize CI classes, attributes, and relationships.
CMDB Health :
Ensure accuracy in data certifications and leverage dashboards to monitor CMDB health.
Integrations :
Provide hands-on support for ServiceNow CMDB operations and integrations.
Alignment with Processes :
Ensure CMDB alignment with organizational IT service management processes.
Experience Required
Service Discovery : 1 year (Preferred).
Cloud Discovery : 1 year (Preferred).
Total Work Experience : 6 years (Preferred).
ServiceNow Developer Experience : 5 years (Preferred).
CMDB Management : 4 years (Preferred).
