• Own and develop/maintain grading guidelines/strategies. Ensure grading guidelines/strategies are being followed through grading review process.

• Create and maintain store grading at the class level.

• Monitor and review the grading process to ensure compliance with established guidelines.

• Review high volume/low space stores. Analyze stores with high sales volume but limited space and provide actionable insights.

• Determine how to best optimize high volume/low space stores. Identify and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and sales in these stores.

• Communicate individual store grade adjustments. Inform relevant stakeholders about changes in store grades. Adjust
