We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Admission In-Charge to join our team.
Position: Admission In-Charge
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete student admission and enquiry process.
Handle parent/student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels.
Counsel parents and students regarding courses, curriculum, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate admission records and documentation.
Coordinate with academic and administration teams for smooth admissions.
Achieve admission and enrolment targets.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions,



and admissions.
Ensure a positive experience for parents and students throughout the admission process.
Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid counselling and convincing abilities
Good knowledge of admission processes
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Valuable command of MS Office and basic reporting
Prior experience in a school/education institution will be an advantage.
