Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) , referrals, and other channels
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding processes
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT candidates
Address - Logix Park, A-4 & A-5, Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Working Days & Timings:
Noida | Onsite
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years
Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 5 Days Working
