Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ITOM Developer & CMDB Developer to design, develop, and support IT Operations Management solutions, primarily on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with infrastructure, monitoring,



and operations teams to deliver scalable and automated ITOM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
Configure and customize Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and schedules.
Build and maintain Service Mapping (Top-down/Tag-based) for business services.
Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions.
Implement ITOM best practices and improve operational efficiency through automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
Assist in upgrades, patching, and instance health activities.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
Strong experience in:
Discovery
Service Mapping
