This role will be part of the Global Operational Excellence & Risk Management function within the Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience (GREWE) team, driving operational excellence, governance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the global real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

Operational Governance & Process Excellence
Risk & Control Analysis: Analyze Risk Performance Rating (RPR), PRSA/RCSA, and Compliance Risk Assessment data to identify control gaps, support remediation initiatives,



and enhance the effectiveness of risk and control frameworks.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Gather business requirements, map current and future-state processes, identify process improvement prospects, and support the implementation of risk and compliance initiatives.
Regulatory Reporting & Governance: Support regulatory reporting, policy governance, and sustainability reporting by coordinating data collection, validating information, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder & Third-Party Management: Collaborate with business, compliance, procurement, and technology stakeholders to manage Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM), resolve issues, and ensure timely execution of governance activities.
Risk Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards, management reports, and performance metrics to monitor Operational Risk Events (OREs), Issues, Remediations, and key risk indicators, providing a
