Responsibilities
Handle US IT recruitment and staffing requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and other platforms.
Screen candidates and share suitable profiles with clients.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
For Bench Sales, market consultants to vendors and clients.
Generate interview calls and help consultants get placed.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients.
Meet daily and monthly targets.

Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of US IT recruitment.
Knowledge of US work authorization and time zones.
Valuable sourcing and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
