Job Description:

The Role

You will be for primary sales presence in Bangalore — owning the market from first contact to closed project. This is a field-based role for someone who likes being on the ground, building relationships, and closing independently. You will work across the full deal spectrum: individual homeowners building their first home, contractors looking for a better block, and small-to-mid-sized developers who need a reliable, technically credible partner.

You will be one of our first Bangalore hires — building the city's market from the ground up with a product that has genuine technical differentiation and a growing reference list.

What You Will Do

Revenue generation
Own Bangalore revenue targets across the ₹0–20L deal bracket
Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation to project closure
Close projects with individual homeowners, contractors, and small-to-mid developers
Maintain a healthy, stage-qualified pipeline in Odoo CRM

Lead generation
Generate recent project prospects through field visits, networking, and cold outreach




Meet developers, builders, contractors, and prospective customers daily
Dispatch and follow up on Discovery, Experience, and Test Kits — the product does the selling when put in the right hands
Maintain regular follow-up cadence with all prospects

Channel and affiliate development
Identify and onboard affiliate partners — local contractors, masons, and builders who can refer projects
Build relationships with channel partners: Build a home, Brick n bolt, Build next, and similar platforms
Drive referral-based business growth through your network

Collaboration
Work within the weekly sales cadence — Friday sync, Monday review, shared pipeline visibility
Coordinate with the ops team for kit dispatch and project delivery timelines
Flag competitor activity, pricing intelligence, and market signals back to the team
