Responsibilities:-
We are looking for energetic & enthusiastic skilled who is keen to learn human resource functions.
Major activities include sourcing candidates for various clients across India via job portals & social media channels.
Must be computer savy and should know internet surfing and mailing.
Maintaining & preparing candidate data in excel & ATS; and keeping their records.
Work with organization to develop a recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various channels.
Interviewing candidates telephonically, personally & on VC.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Participate in other activities time to time and as and when needed.
Work in team & do coordination with team.
