Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering robust relationships with clients, and driving customer retention.
What You Will Do
Manage onboarding and implementation for recent customers.
Act as a point of contact for customer queries and support.
Monitor customer usage and engagement.
Work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Identify opportunities for
