We are looking for a fresher Account Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and administrative activities of an Electronics Sales & Service business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting and billing activities.
Maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment records.
Enter and update accounting data accurately.
Assist in preparing sales and purchase reports.
Maintain customer and supplier account records.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams regarding invoices and payments.
Follow up on pending payments and maintain payment records.
Maintain proper documentation of service-related bills and expenses.
Assist with bank entries and routine accounting transactions.
Support the accounts team with daily office activities.
Maintain records using MS Excel and accounting software.
Eligibility
Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting and billing will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
