Job Summary:

We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners, recommend suitable career programs, and drive admissions and revenue through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel leads via calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings.
Understand learner goals and recommend relevant programs.
Drive monthly/weekly enrollment and revenue targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to enrollment.
Maintain CRM records and track conversion/revenue metrics.
Coordinate with centre teams to ensure a smooth learner journey.

Requirements:
Graduate with 2–5 years of consultative/B2C sales experience.
Education/EdTech experience preferred.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with CRM and MS Office.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
