Admission Manager – Part time

Location: Software Education

Experience: 2–3+ years in Sales, Admissions, or Counseling

Qualification: Graduate (Post-Graduation preferred)

Salary: ₹1.2 - ₹3 LPA

Software Education is looking for an experienced Admission Manager to lead the admissions team, drive student enrollments, and manage the complete admission cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the admission team to achieve targets.
Counsel students and parents on courses and career options.
Generate leads, improve follow-ups, and increase conversions.
Monitor inquiries, conversion ratios, and admission performance.
Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams for campaigns.
Handle escalated student/parent queries.
Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.




Train and review team performance.

Required Skills
Robust communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-driven and strategic approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in Hindi & Gujarati; additional regional languages are a plus.

Eligibility
Graduate in any stream; Post-Graduation preferred.
2–3+ years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Counseling, or Education/Training.
Prior experience in the education/training industry is highly desirable.
