Job Requirements

We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for the residential projects. As an Assistant Engineer, you will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of residential projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of real estate residential projects
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to achieve project goals
Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise in a timely manner

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Previous experience in real estate development or construction projects
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace




Knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools
