We are hiring for an Assistant Manager – Business Development - Aerospace - based in Bangalore.

The role will focus on driving business growth in the Aerospace segment, with a solid emphasis on chemical pretreatment and specialty chemicals. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with customers as well as global, regional, R&D;, supply chain, procurement, and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities include
Developing and executing business growth strategies for Aerospace consumables
Identifying current markets, customer needs, and business opportunities
Managing customer relationships and providing technical & commercial support
Coordinating with global and regional teams on business and product development

What we are looking for
Chemical Engineering background




5–8 years of relevant experience in business development/sales or a related role
Knowledge of pretreatment and specialty chemicals
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage
Location: Bangalore
