10 & 12th pass and Graduate Freshers can apply.
candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience can apply.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.

Role & Responsibilities
Handle backend/process-related tasks for the process.
Process and maintain customer/account-related information accurately.
Follow defined process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Ensure accuracy and quality while handling assigned tasks.
Meet process-specific productivity and quality targets.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Shift & Work Details
UK 247 rotational shifts.
5 days working (9.5 hours per day).
2 rotational week-offs assigned as per business requirements.
