Quantity calculation as per drawings and site measurements.
Preparation of Rate Analysis and Estimates.
Checking and reconciliation of quantities and materials.
Maintaining MB, billing records and supporting documents.
Coordination with Site Engineers, Project Manager and Client.
Preparation of monthly billing and progress reports.
Knowledge of extra items, deviation and variation statements will be preferred
