We are looking for a explicit-spoken, energetic, and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers—handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, or conducting outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities Call Handling: Manage high volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely, professional manner.

Customer Support: Listen actively to customer inquiries, diagnose problems, and provide accurate solutions or guidance.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM database.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
