Product: Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Key Responsibilities
Achieve branch sales targets for HL/LAP products.
Lead and manage a team of 4 sales executives.
Generate business through direct sourcing and channel partners.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Guide the team in lead generation and loan closures.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth loan processing.
Monitor team performance and provide regular support.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HL/LAP sales.
Positive leadership and team management skills.
Solid communication and customer handling abilities.
