Role Description As a Business Development Executive intern at The Riti, you will support the growth of the brand by identifying potential markets and customer segments, focusing on outreach aligned with the company’s empowerment mission. Day-to-day tasks include researching and generating leads, engaging with prospective partners or clients, and assisting in building strategic relationships to expand the customer base.

You will help manage early-stage accounts, track interactions, and provide input on sales and partnership strategies that reflect The Riti’s values.



Collaboration with marketing and leadership teams to refine pitches, gather feedback, and improve business development processes will be part of your responsibilities. This is an internship role and is fully remote.

Qualifications
Ability to drive Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and nurturing potential clients or partners.
Solid understanding of Business fundamentals, including market research, competitive analysis, and basic sales processes.
Effective Communication skills for outreach, presentations, and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
Capacity for Account Management, including organizing client information, following up consistently, and supporting long-term relationships.
Interest in fashion, women’s apparel, and mission-driven brands that promote body positivity and empowerment.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote internship setting.
Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage but not required.
