Duties & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities in UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Ireland, and other international destinations.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses, universities, and destinations.
Provide accurate guidance on admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
Handle student enquiries, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain strong communication throughout the counselling process.
Convert prospective leads into successful student applications through effective counselling and follow-up.
Achieve monthly and individual sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain proper records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups.




Coordinate with the processing and admissions teams to ensure smooth application progress.
Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and changes in study abroad policies.
Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive, target-oriented work workplace.
