Role & responsibilities
Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
Follow up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the respective medical institutions.
Ensure that medical facility reports are obtained within the time frame specified by the client.
Coordinate effectively with healthcare institutions and maintain accurate communication records.
Preferred candidate profile Minimum one year of experience
Readiness to work in night shifts
