Handle all tenders at the cash counter as per defined norms (cash, credit cards, debit cards, credit notes, GV transactions etc.)
Adhere to the defined billing process & pull-out activity
Check and ensure smooth working of the infra at the tills (POS, EDC machines etc.)
Maintain the tills as per the defined standards of hygiene
Manage the tills and float as per defined norms
Consolidate and help reconcile all tenders at the end of shift as per norms
Issue and redeem credit notes, GVs and gift items as per defined standards
Maintain required documentation relating to cash and bill operations (charge slips, deposit slips, cash room registers etc.)
