Key Responsibilities* - Operations Management
Lead the end-to-end processing of mutual fund transactions, including Purchases, Redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, Switches, and NFOs.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all investor transactions within defined TATs.
Monitor daily operational activities and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS & KFin Technologies), distributors, custodians, and banking partners.
Handle escalations related to transaction processing and investor servicing.
Oversee account opening, folio creation, nominee updates, FATCA, CKYC, and KYC documentation.
Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and internal compliance guidelines.
Conduct regular reconciliations of transactions, investor holdings, and bank accounts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance reports.
