Position Overview

We are inviting experienced and well-networked Channel Partners to collaborate with us for the marketing and sales of premium Residential Plots & Villa Projects in Hyderabad. The Channel Partner will act as an extended sales arm to generate leads, drive conversions, and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities
Source and convert high-quality leads for residential plots, villas, and real estate projects
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and property consultations for prospective buyers
Build and maintain robust relationships with HNIs, investors, and homebuyers
Understand project USPs, pricing, legal documentation, and payment plans to advise clients effectively




Coordinate with our internal sales team for site visits, bookings, and deal closures
Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to support sales strategy
Ensure ethical practices and maintain brand reputation in all client interactions
