Manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, RERA, and other applicable regulations
Oversee budgeting, MIS, financial planning, and cost control
Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Provide strategic financial insights to support management decision-making
Handle project-wise accounting, cash flow, and fund management
Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounts team

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CA Inter with 8–10+ years of experience.
Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, RERA compliance, Companies Act, and statutory regulations.




Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, cash flow management, and financial planning.
Proven expertise in project-wise accounting, cost control, and fund management.
Experience handling internal and statutory audits and coordinating with auditors.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor finance & accounts teams.
Proficient in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced setting.
