We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Billing Engineer (Civil) for Highway / NHAI Projects. The candidate should possess robust knowledge of highway construction billing, quantity estimation, BOQ, reconciliation, and client/subcontractor billing processes.

Role & responsibilities
Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills & Final Bills
Verification and certification of Subcontractor Bills
Quantity calculation from drawings, BOQ & site execution
Preparation of Measurement Sheets & Reconciliation Statements
Rate analysis for extra items / deviation works
Coordination with Project Managers, Site Engineers & Consultants
Preparation of DPR / WPR / Monthly Billing Reports
Maintaining billing records, abstracts & supporting documents




Ensuring billing compliance with NHAI / MoRTH specifications
Handling variation statements, claims & supporting documentation
Material reconciliation and quantity tracking

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 Years in Highway / Road / NHAI Projects
Robust knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Surveying & Reconciliation
Positive command over MS Excel & AutoCAD
Experience in EPC / HAM / NHAI projects preferred
Immediate joiners will be preferred
