Geetha Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook / Kitchen Staff to join our agile culinary team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of kitchen operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and portion sizes.
Ensure that the taste, presentation, and quality of all food served meet guest expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are sanitized.
Monitor inventory and stock levels; coordinate with kitchen staff for timely replenishment.




Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and storage protocols as per FSSAI guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality.
Robust team spirit, time management, and communication skills.
