Key Responsibilities
Assemble and rework SMD and through-hole PCB assemblies.
Perform soldering and desoldering of components using soldering iron, hot-air station and rework equipment.
Identify and replace resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, ICs, connectors and other PCB components.
Read and understand schematics, BOM, PCB assembly drawings and component markings.
Perform PCB inspection under microscope and identify soldering defects.
Handle fine-pitch ICs, QFN, QFP, BGA and other SMD packages as applicable.
Perform component-level troubleshooting using multimeter, LCR meter and other basic test equipment.
Identify short circuits, open circuits, wrong components, polarity errors, solder bridges and dry solder joints.
Follow IPC workmanship standards, ESD precautions and safety procedures.
Carry out PCB modification,



jumper wire installation and engineering change rework.
Maintain proper documentation of rework, repair and inspection activities.

Components a Class 3 Technician Should Know Passive: Resistor, capacitor, electrolytic capacitor, ceramic capacitor, inductor, ferrite bead.

Semiconductors: Diode, Zener diode, LED, BJT, MOSFET, voltage regulator and ICs.

Connectors: Pin headers, terminal blocks, USB, RJ45, FFC/FPC and wire-to-board connectors.

Power: Fuse, TVS diode, bridge rectifier, DC-DC converter and power MOSFET.

Other: Crystal, oscillator, relay, switches, test points, battery connectors and heat sinks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
