Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand awareness.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.
Conduct market analysis to identify prospects for current product launches, partnerships, and joint ventures.
Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms.
Oversee international marketing efforts to expand the company's presence globally.

Preferred Candidate
15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the heavy engineering, or manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in strategic commercial management, achieving revenue goals, and building competitive market positions.
International exposure coupled with middle-east and far east experience is preferred.
Experience in dealing with a multi-cultural, multi-national team from diversified background
Have robust negotiation skills, contract management and leadership management.
