Role Description

This is a full-time in office role in Indore for a Commercial Leasing Manager. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities for the workspace, identifying potential clients, negotiating lease terms, and maintaining relationships with tenants. The role also involves managing contracts, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with lease agreements,



and providing excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.

Qualifications
Experience in commercial leasing, client relationship management, and negotiation
Robust understanding of property management and lease contract administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Previous experience in the coworking or commercial real estate sector is a plus
