Job Responsibility

Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals
Leading a team of RM’s and CSM’s
Market development by onboarding of current channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA’s and Connectors
Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks
Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction




Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flatsKey Skills:Key Skills: Positive Communication skills

Mandatory: Looking for only HL/Lap experience handling a team of 25 people and above or multiple branches or currently a senior manager / branch manager
