We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer with 3 -6 years of manufacturing experience to drive operational excellence and process improvements across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, VSM and process improvement initiatives.
Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, defects and process inefficiencies.
Conduct root cause analysis, time studies, process mapping and line balancing.
Improve productivity, quality, OEE, cycle time, cost and safety.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and EHS teams.
Track improvement projects and prepare KPI reports and dashboards.
Support shop floor teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automobile or related engineering discipline. Preferred Skills: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, VSM, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, CAPA, PDCA and MS Excel.
