What awaits you/ Job Profile
Perform CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) modelling and simulation with focus on vehicle side crash, across the development lifecycle
Extensive experience on full vehicle passive safety structural crashworthiness development programs from concept to virtual validation in CAE
Proven CAE–test correlation and simulation expertise across major OEM programs
Comprehensive understanding of automotive passive safety crash test regulations pertinent to vehicle side crash
Cross domain CAE (Passive safety, NVH etc.), physical crash test execution experience desirable
Euro NCAP accredited lab experience, managing end to-end passive safety testing and simulation experience desirable
Should be highly skilled with CAE preprocessor tools (ANSA/ META post, Ls-Pre-Post, Hyper works), CAE simulation software (LS-DYNA, Pam-crash) and optimization tools (LS-OPT, Opti struct, Nastran desirable)

Must Have Skills
Robust and proven experience in CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) along with validation expertise
Highly skilled with CAE preprocessor tools (ANSA/ META post, Ls-Pre-Post & Hyper works), CAE simulation software (LS-DYNA, Pam-crash) and optimization tools (LS-OPT, Opti struct, Nastran desirable)
Demonstrated problem-solving skills using CAE methodologies, including interpretation of results
Effective communication and collaboration skills within interdisciplinary engineering teams

Must have technical skill
Full vehicle crash development experience for vehicle side crash
Highly skilled with CAE preprocessor tools (ANSA/ META post, Ls-Pre-Post & Hyper works), CAE simulation software (LS-DYNA, Pam-crash) and optimization tools (LS-OPT, Opti struct, Nastran desirable)

Positive to have Technical skills

Positive to Have Skills
Opti struct, Abaqus & Nastran experience is desirable
Basic knowledge of Python for data processing or automation
Understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts, preferably applied to engineering or CAE use cases
Interest in data?driven and intelligent CAE workflows
