Monitor airport transfers and ensure timely driver allocation and pickup. Follow up with drivers regarding their location and booking status. Resolve operational issues such as driver delays, customer no-shows, vehicle changes, and pickup difficulties.
Update booking status and relevant information in the system. Escalate urgent or unresolved cases to the concerned team.
