Designation: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager

Job Purpose To manage customer relationships, handle customer calls and follow-ups, generate leads, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers through calls and messages.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers for enquiries, quotations, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer visits, test drives, quotations, and closures.
Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM/system records regularly.
Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of queries/complaints.
Conduct customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up calls.
Inform customers about recent products, offers, schemes, and services.




Prepare daily/weekly reports related to calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, lead generation, and sales support targets.
Maintain qualified communication and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass
Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Relationship, Telecalling, Sales Support, or Automobile Industry preferred.
Freshers: Can be considered based on communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
