Candidate Requirements:
Candidate must be currently working with a freight forwarding company.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
Strong experience in Export Customer Handling / Key Account Management / CRM.
Positive knowledge of Air & Sea Export; import knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling existing customers, rate follow-ups, business conversion and account growth.
Should be comfortable with volume/revenue targets and territory development.
Robust customer relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
Positive coordination with Pricing, Operations,



Documentation and other internal teams.
Candidates with proven experience in customer retention, revenue growth and business development from existing accounts will be preferred.
Only currently working candidates will be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
