Job DescriptionWe are hiring Knowledge Process Associates (KPA) for a leading domestic BPO in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while following defined processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
Understand and resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
Provide appropriate information and solutions based on customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.




Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, KPO, BPO, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
