Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely support primarily through chat and email . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to resolve queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat and email support.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Respond to customers promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Follow up on unresolved queries until closure.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
