About the Role

Elses Digital System Pvt. Ltd., an Authorized Service Partner of OPPO, is hiring a Customer Support Executive to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a smooth post-service experience. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries, providing repair updates, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with service-related queries and provide accurate information.
Share updates on repair status, service progress, and device readiness.
Coordinate with service centers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain customer records, service details,



and daily activity reports.
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
Perform outbound customer follow-ups whenever required.

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate.
2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Voice Process, Client Support, or Customer Care.
