We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Executives to join our energetic team at WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd. If you have a passion for helping people and solid communication skills, this role is for you!

You will be part of the Diabetes Helpline Team, providing post-sales support and services for CGMS(Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems) patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support
Address and resolve customer queries related to:
Document verification and queries
General product-related inquiries
Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of cases

Eligibility Criteria:
Prior experience in customer service is preferred
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi language
Basic understanding of healthcare or medical equipment is a plus (not mandatory)
Bachelors degree in science background
