Job Role: Data Scientist

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities
Work with business and product teams to understand problems and define measurable goals.
Build and validate machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendations, or NLP.
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support business decisions.
Develop data pipelines and perform data preparation and feature engineering.
Work with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to take models into production.
Monitor model performance and data quality.
Present insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior Data Scientists and contribute to technical reviews.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Data Science / Applied Data Science.
Solid hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Positive knowledge of Statistics, Probability, and Hypothesis Testing.
Strong experience in Machine Learning.
Experience with A/B Testing, Experimentation, or Causal Inference.
Experience with Data Pipelines and ETL.
Understanding of production ML and model monitoring.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
