Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions accordingly.
Design and implement data migration strategies and integrate D365 with existing systems.
Develop technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 applications and workflows.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated on the latest D365 features and best practices to recommend improvements.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in Finance and Operations
Proficiency in X++ programming, C#, and .NET framework.
Experience with data integration tools and Azure services.




Familiarity with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
