We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced DGM - Channel Sales Team Lead to join our team in South Mumbai. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our channel sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our channel partner network
Lead and motivate the channel sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide support to ensure their success
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for channel sales initiatives
Work Experience
Robust leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Proven track record of driving channel sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
