Responsibilities
Develop accurate cost estimates for real estate development projects
Analyze project requirements and create detailed budgets
Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure cost-effective solutions

B.E Civil
Minimum of 6 years of experience in estimation and budgeting within the real estate industry
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
